Before becoming a photographer, I special education classroom teacher. I taught kindergarten, first, and second grade for years before having my first daughter. While on maternity leave- everything changed. She was changing so fast and I was no longer okay with letting time go by undocumented. I began studying photography and fell it love. She was my very first model.- but soon I began photographing families and couples & I never went back to teaching.
Now, a mom of 3, and 10 years into my photography career, I can't imagine my life differently. I strive to show off the love and the magic of your family in the best, most beautiful way. Your session should feel comfortable and relaxed. I will walk you through posing, finding the best locations ( either in your home, or across Long Island) all while leaving a little room for the magic of your family to shine through.

However, if you're not feeling ready or want to wait until baby is just a little older and filled out we absolutely can. Once baby is here you can let me know and we can look at scheduling in the next couple weeks.
